Who can view customers' activities?
This feature is available for: All plans.
Introduction
Tracking customer activities is key to enhancing their experience and loyalty. This article will show you how to view and analyze customer activities using the Joy Loyalty. Learn how to use the dashboard, adjust a customer's points and access individual customer details.
By understanding customers' activities, you can better personalize experiences and boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Customers' activities dashboard
To use Customers' Activities Dashboard > Choose Application > Activities to view this page.
The Customers' Activities Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of customer engagement and interactions, allowing businesses to track and analyze various activities in one central location.
Point activities: Show information about customers who join Loyalty programs (including earning-point action, date of this action, and adjust points)
Referral activities: Show information and status of referees (which steps of referral programs they are on and the amount referrers earn from their first orders).
Review activities: The review activity history of customers includes approved reviews and the history of adding reward points from review activities.
Point activities
To view detailed Point activities of your store, select "View all point activities."
Through our dashboard, you'll see all the earning and redeeming activities of customers' reward points. We provide a filter bar including: All, Earned, Redeemed, Refunded, and Expired for your convenience to track customer activities.
Important Note: The dashboard by default displays customer point activity for the last 30 days. To adjust the date range, click on 'Last 30 days' and select the desired time period for tracking.
To view detailed information and the points history of a customer, click on the email name of that customer.
Adjust customer information
In the detailed information and points history section of a customer, you can not only view the customer's activities but also directly adjust their information.
Adjust points: Modify the customer's points balance.
Redeem: Directly redeem points for rewards.
Exclude from program: Remove the customer from the loyalty program.
Overview edit: Update general information about the customer: Name, Birthday, VIP Tier
Referral
View all referral activities: Click to see customers’ activities.
Note: The status is completed once referrers send the referral links. After that, referees click on those links, enter their valid email, get coupons, and place orders. In the meantime, referrers will get rewards for successful referrals.
Cancel referral button: At Referrals > click View all referrals activities > move the mouse to a customer you want to cancel the referral.
Customers are on Pending status: after the referral is canceled, the discount codes for referees will be voided and can’t be used. The referrers will not get other refer codes from their friends.
Customers are on Complete status: after the referral is canceled, the discount codes for referees will be voided.
