### What is **Referral Management?**

A tool that enables customers to generate and share unique referral links with friends, monitor which contacts have signed up, track referral rewards earned, and see the status of pending referrals—all from their account dashboard.

### Why you need this feature?

Referral Management transforms customers into advocates by letting them easily share personalized links with friends. The feature tracks referral statuses, building customer excitement as they watch their rewards accumulate.

### How to set up **Referral Management?**

**Access Embedded Content**

* Open the **Joy Loyalty** app.
* Navigate to **Embedded Content** from the dashboard.

**Click Account page, select Referral Management**

* Click **Edit in Theme Editor**

**Add the Block to Your Loyalty Page**

* Open the **Theme Editor**
* Select **Add Block**, then find **Joy: Referral Management** under the **Apps** section

Edit the content and color

Click save
