# Rewards Redemption

### What is Rewards Redemption?

A feature that displays available rewards, point costs, and eligibility requirements directly on the customer's account page, allowing them to browse and redeem rewards instantly without navigating elsewhere.

### Why do you need this feature?

It increases redemption rates and reducing friction in the rewards process. When redemption is simple and visible, customers are more likely to use their points, creating a positive feedback loop that encourages further engagement and purchases. Easy redemption also demonstrates the tangible value of your loyalty program, reinforcing customer participation.

### How to set up **Loyalty Dashboard**

**Access Embedded Content**

* Open the **Joy Loyalty** app.
* Navigate to **Embedded Content** from the dashboard.

**Click Account page, select Rewards Redemption**

* Click **Edit in Theme Editor**

**Add the Block to Your Loyalty Page**

* Open the **Theme Editor**
* Select **Add Block**, then find **Joy: Rewards Redemption** under the **Apps** section
