Display point redemption rules, allowing customers to redeem rewards directly from the account page

What is Rewards Redemption?

A feature that displays available rewards, point costs, and eligibility requirements directly on the customer's account page, allowing them to browse and redeem rewards instantly without navigating elsewhere.

Why do you need this feature?

It increases redemption rates and reducing friction in the rewards process. When redemption is simple and visible, customers are more likely to use their points, creating a positive feedback loop that encourages further engagement and purchases. Easy redemption also demonstrates the tangible value of your loyalty program, reinforcing customer participation.

How to set up Loyalty Dashboard

Access Embedded Content

• Open the Joy Loyalty app.

• Navigate to Embedded Content from the dashboard.

Click Account page, select Rewards Redemption

• Click Edit in Theme Editor

Add the Block to Your Loyalty Page

• Open the Theme Editor

• Select Add Block, then find Joy: Rewards Redemption under the Apps section

• "One important note: the UI will differ depending on whether your store uses customer accounts or legacy accounts."
