### Overview

Joy Loyalty offers four pricing tiers designed to scale with your business — from new stores testing loyalty programs to enterprise brands managing complex omnichannel experiences. All plans include a 14-day free trial (except Starter), the Ultimate goes with 30-day free-trial and pricing is transparent with no hidden fees.

### Pricing structure

Joy Loyalty uses a **base subscription + order volume** pricing model:

* **Base monthly fee** — Covers access to all plan features
* **Free monthly orders** — Each plan includes a quota of orders at no extra cost
* **Overage fees** — Additional orders beyond your quota are charged per 100 orders

#### General pricing questions

**Do I need to pay anything to get started?**\
No. Joy offers a free Starter forever with 150 monthly orders and basic features. You can upgrade to paid plans anytime.

**Do you offer a free trial for paid plans?**\
Yes. All paid plans (Essential, Advanced, Ultimate) include a 14-day (30-day with the Ultimate) free trial with full feature access and no credit card required.

#### Usage control questions

**How can I control my usage?**

* Monitor your order volume in Joy dashboard
* Set up quota alerts (email notifications)
* Exclude non-loyalty orders by adjusting earning rules
* Upgrade to a higher plan for better overage rates
* Time high-volume campaigns strategically

**Can I set a hard limit on orders to avoid overage fees?**\
No hard limits, but you can set up alerts when approaching 80% and 100% of your quota.

#### Plan change questions

**Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?**\
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

**What happens to my data if I downgrade?**\
Your data remains intact. Features from the higher plan become unavailable, but you can upgrade again anytime to regain access.

**Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?**\
Currently, Joy only offers monthly billing. Contact sales for annual contract options.

#### Custom and enterprise questions

**Are there custom plans available for high-volume stores?**\
Yes. Stores with 5,000+ monthly orders or unique needs can contact sales for custom enterprise pricing with volume discounts.

**What is "Priority support"?**\
Priority support includes faster response times, live chat access, and dedicated support channels.

**Do you offer agency or partner pricing?**\
