The VIP Tier Block is a visual engagement tool that displays your loyalty program's tier structure and benefits to customers. This feature creates a clear, structured presentation of available tiers and their associated perks, helping customers understand the value of progressing through your loyalty program levels.
The VIP Tier block helps merchants enhance customer loyalty by offering a clear and structured way for customers to see the benefits of reaching higher tiers. It not only rewards your most loyal customers but also encourages others to engage more with your store to unlock new rewards. By providing a visual representation of the perks, you increase transparency and motivation for customers to advance in the VIP program, improving retention and satisfaction.
Open Joy Loyalty and navigate to Embedded content
Select Set up in the VIP Tier block
In the Display configuration, you can drag and drop tiers to arrange their display order, with the top tier shown first
After arranging the display order, click on each tier to set up its perks. You can manually add perks or import VIP tiers, which allows you to bring in existing perks while adding new ones as needed. Repeat this process for all your tiers and save.
Once you’ve configured the display and perks for each tier, save and select View theme editor to activate the VIP Tier block
In Theme settings, add the Joy: VIP Tier block and customize the block’s colors and description to match your store’s theme
Click "save" to enable your VIP Tiers block in your loyalty page
The VIP Tier block is an effective way to engage your most loyal customers by displaying their status and the rewards they can earn. Setting up the block is easy, allowing you to customize and arrange tiers, perks, and their display, making your loyalty program more transparent and appealing.
