The FAQs block is a powerful tool that lets you create a dedicated section on your loyalty page to answer your customers' most common questions. Think of it like a helpful information booth that's always ready to provide quick answers and clear up any confusion about your loyalty program.
FAQs block on the loyalty page to provide customers with quick answers to common questions, enhancing their understanding of the loyalty program. This helps reduce customer confusion, saves time for both the store and customers, and improves overall satisfaction. Having FAQs also builds trust by addressing concerns proactively, making it easier for customers to engage with and join the program.
Navigate to Embedded Content on your left menu, then click on Set up in the FAQs blocks
Select Set up in the FAQs block
Select View theme editor to activate the FAQs block
In Theme settings, add the Joy: FAQs and customize the block’s colors and description to match your store’s theme
Click "save" to enable your VIP Tiers block in your loyalty page
Navigate to Embedded content, then choose "Set up" FAQ blocks
In the Frequently asked questions, you can drag and drop FAQs to arrange their display order or click "Add FAQ" for a new question and answer set
If you want to edit that Q&A set, click on Edit
Preview your setting by clicking on View theme editor
