How to set up the visit website popup

In the Joy Loyalty Program app, go to Branding

Select Visit Website Popup and click Setup

Customize the popup in two following areas:

• Popup Content Settings: Define content for both Before Sign-In and After Sign-In states, ensuring clarity and engagement.

• Popup Appearance Settings:

  • Choose the button icon that represents your brand’s style.

  • Position the popup for maximum visibility (e.g., bottom-right corner).
