By incentivizing website visits, you can drive more traffic, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen loyalty in a seamless and automated way. This feature ensures that every customer interaction counts toward building a lasting relationship with your brand.

How to set up this feature

Get access to "Visit website"

Choose Reward programs -> Earning programs -> Click Add rule -> Choose Visit website

Set up "Visit website"

  • Program name: Enter a name that resonates with your audience (e.g., "Earn Points for Visiting")

  • Start date and End date: Define the activity duration for your program

  • Earning points: Specify the number of points customers will earn for each visit

  • Earning points limit: Control the frequency of rewards by setting limits (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly)

Press Turn on to activate the feature

How to set up the Visit website Popup

Navigate to the Joy Loyalty dashboard, go to Branding

Select Visit Website Popup and click Setup

Customize the popup in two following areas

Popup Content Settings: Define content for both Before Sign-In and After Sign-In states, ensuring clarity and engagement

Popup Appearance Settings:

  • Choose the button icon that represents your brand’s style

  • Position the popup for maximum visibility

Save the changes to enable the popup notification
