The How It Works feature is an essential educational component for your loyalty program page that clearly explains your program's fundamentals to customers. This customizable block helps break down complex program mechanics into easily digestible information, making your loyalty program more accessible and understandable for all customers.
The 'How it works' block - a crucial component that illustrates the fundamentals of your Loyalty Program. This block can be conveniently added to your Loyalty Page via the Shopify Online Store theme customization. The primary goal of this block is to offer the most straightforward explanation of every Loyalty Program, thereby making it easier for your customers to interact with and join.
Navigate to 'Embedded Content' on your left menu, then click on "Edit in Theme Editor" of the "How it works" block.
A blank Loyalty Page will be generated, or you will be redirected to your Online Store editor. Now, please click on 'Apps' on the left menu. Find and choose "Joy: How it works"
The Joy Hero Banner block is added! You can find all of the settings on your right menu.
