The Google Reviews feature is a specialized engagement tool that connects your loyalty program with Google Places reviews. This feature allows you to reward customers for leaving authentic reviews of your store location on Google, creating a bridge between your physical presence and loyalty program.
Google reviews is a new feature that allows customers to earn points by leaving reviews of your store location on Google Places. This feature encourages engagement and provides an additional avenue for customers to earn loyalty points, enhancing their connection with your brand.
Navigate to the Joy Loyalty dashboard and choose Reward programs -> Earning programs -> Click Add rule -> Choose Google reviews
Program name: Enter the name of the earning reward program
Your location: Enter the link to your store’s location on Google Places
Program rule: Set the number of points customers will receive after reviewing your store location on Google Places
Content guide: Customize the content guide to instruct customers on how to properly review and earn points
We provide a template for guidance, we will automatically replace [Your store name] at the end of the guide. Alternatively, you can personalize the content according to your preferences.
Don't forget to Save your changes and press Turn on Write review program

Points awarded after merchant approval of review
These points let merchants verify the quality of each review before points are added to customers' loyalty account
Points awarded immediately after review submission
These points provide immediate gratification and incentivize customers to participate.
After your customers leave a review on Google Places, you can track these reviews by navigating to the Activities section
You can approve or reject them directly from the Google reviews submission panel
