What is "VIP Tiers" feature?

The VIP Tiers feature is a sophisticated customer segmentation and rewards system that allows you to create multiple loyalty levels, each with unique benefits and rewards. This feature helps recognize and reward your most valuable customers while encouraging others to increase their engagement with your store.

Why do you need "VIP Tiers" feature?

VIP Tier feature offers a fantastic opportunity to boost customer engagement and loyalty. With VIP Tiers, you can unlock a world of exclusive benefits and rewards, helping you to build lasting relationships with your most valued customers and drive ongoing business growth.

How to set up "VIP Tiers" feature

Step 1: General settings

In the General settings section, you'll find common settings for the VIP Tiers program.

• Tier calculating rule: Define the method for calculating customer tiers.

• Discount code's prefix: Personalize the prefix for discount codes generated within your VIP Tiers program.

Note: the code's prefix must be in the format ABCD-.

• Tier demotion: Select the action you want to take on the customer's tier when they haven't made a purchase for a period of time.

• Tier reset: Automatically reset the tier of all customers at the selected time.

Step 2: Tiers

In the tiers settings, you can adjust the name and the milestones that customers need to reach to get this tier

1. Add tiers: To add more tiers, simply click on Add new tier

Note:

When adding a new tier even after clicking Save & next, you will still need initiate the launch of the program again for the customer tiers to be updated and accurately assigned

Can the default tier be removed in Tier settings?

No, the default tier cannot be removed. It acts as the base tier with a required value of 0, ensuring a foundational level for all customers to begin their loyalty journey.

1. Add entry rewards: Click on Add Rewards at Entry Rewards\ư

Note:

Add exclusive rewards that will only be activated once customers achieve this tier.

You can choose the rewards you want:

• Discount amount: Customers will receive a discount of a fixed amount which can only be used once and is only valid for that one customer.

• Discount percentage: Customers will receive a certain X% discount code which can only be used once and is valid for only one customer.

• Free shipping: Customers will receive a free shipping discount code for their orders.

• Free product: Customers will receive a discount as a coupon code for a particular product.

• Bonus points: Customers will receive bonus points upon joining or leveling up in the VIP program

• Custom rewards: Customers will receive rewards based on your setup

1. Design

In the design section, you can customize the entire interface of the virtual membership cards for each tier.

• Icon

• Information

• Box name

• Card background color

Don't forget to press Save & Next to apply your changes.

1. Notification

Setting up notifications to send to customers when they reach a new tier in the VIP tiers program.

Set up the VIP Tier achieved notification similar to other notifications settings. If you encounter any difficulties, please review the notifications settings here.

1. Launch

In this launch section, review the VIP tiers program details.

• If everything looks good, proceed to launch to save your settings.

• If adjustments are needed, make them before launching.

If you want to stop the VIP Tiers program, simply choose Deactivate.
