This feature automates the reward process for customers who complete your surveys, creating an automated feedback loop that benefits both your business and your customers.
Feedback is a cornerstone for growth, offering insights into customer satisfaction, preferences, and areas for improvement. By incorporating Joy Loyalty's Fill Out a Survey Rewards, merchants can turn every completed survey into a win-win situation—valuable data for businesses and enticing rewards for customers.
Navigate to the Joy Loyalty dashboard and choose Reward programs -> Earning programs -> Click Add rule -> Choose Fill out a survey.
Program Information
Program Name: Choose a clear and attractive name
Description: Provide context, e.g., Complete a short survey and earn 100 points as a thank-you for your feedback
Survey Link: Insert the survey URL.
Typically, survey links are embedded directly into your store's pages by survey apps, such as on the checkout page. To encourage customers to complete surveys without relying on their display location, you can obtain the survey links following the instructions below (in this example, we use the Zigpoll app; for other apps, follow a similar process):

Ensure the flow syncs loyalty points automatically to prevent manual errors.
