Have a good day our valued users 😍 Deeplink is a powerful new feature designed to enhance the customer experience by providing seamless access to the Joy widget from your store's website. By placing Deeplinks in the menu or footer, customers can quickly open the loyalty program interface, saving time and improving their overall interaction with your store.

In this article, we'll guide you step-by-step through the process of setting up Deeplink.

Understanding the rule

Deeplink works by embedding a link in the website's menu or footer. When customers click this link, the Joy widget interface is displayed immediately. This integration ensures that customers can effortlessly access your loyalty program without navigating through multiple pages, thus enhancing their engagement and satisfaction.

Set up Deeplink

Setting up Deeplink involves a few simple steps:

Step 1: Choose "Setting" -> View Deeplink information, including Widget Block and Parameters, then copy the Parameters needed to create the Deeplink.

Step 2: Now you will proceed to add the Deeplink to the Menu or Footer.

Select Online Store -> choose Navigation. Next, Choose the Main Menu or Footer where you want to add the Deeplink.

Step 3: Select Add item -> Name "your new item" and paste the parameter into the link section.

In the example below, I chose the Main menu and added a Rewards item to it. I then pasted the parameter #joy-home into the link field. After saving all the settings, clicking "Rewards" in the menu will automatically display the Joy widget's home page.
