Add points to existing customer balances

With "Add points to existing customer balances", the values in the Points column will be added to the current points of the customers. Values without signs will default to adding points.

Step 2: Select the first option at Import Action and then upload the file before hitting the Import button. You will get an email notification once the imporation is completed.

Reset existing customer's point balances

To reset existing customer's point balances, update the points column to reflect the desired reward points for each customer.
