Who can use Joy: Account page?
This feature is available for Advanced and Enterprise plans.
The Account Page feature is an exciting new addition to Joy Loyalty, allowing merchants to display essential loyalty program details directly on their customers' account pages when they log into the store. While customers typically view their points, rewards, and tier status via the loyalty widget, the new Account Page feature gives merchants the flexibility to showcase these details in another convenient spot.
With Joy: Account Page, merchants can display key loyalty information for customers directly on their account page, making it easier for customers to engage with your loyalty program. Here's a breakdown of the available fields that can be displayed:
Available Points: Displays the current point balance the customer has accumulated. Customers can quickly see how many points they have and decide if they want to redeem rewards.
My Coupons: Customers can view any available coupons and directly apply them to their cart, making the checkout process more seamless and increasing the likelihood of purchase.
Membership Card: Shows the customerβs current loyalty tier, a progress bar, and how many points are needed to reach the next tier, encouraging continued engagement with your program.
Expired Points: If enabled by the merchant, this field shows any points that are set to expire soon, urging customers to use them before losing out.
Pending Points: Displays points that are not yet redeemable, such as those pending approval from recent purchases, offering transparency on point accumulation.
Note: These fields will only appear if merchants enable the corresponding features. For example, if VIP tiers are not set up, the membership card will not be displayed.

Hereβs how to add the Joy Account Page to your Shopify store:
Go to your Shopify admin panel.
Navigate to Online Store and select Themes.
Click Customize on the theme you have published.
In the customization menu, look for the Joy: Account Page section and enable it.
Once set up, your customers will now see their loyalty program status every time they visit their account page.
