Who can use Milestone Rewards?

Hello my dear users. We are delighted to announce that we can now offer you a fantastic new feature called Milestone Rewards.
Milestone Rewards is a new feature designed to enhance customer engagement and loyalty by setting up various reward milestones. Customers can earn points or free products by completing specific tasks or reaching certain milestones, making the shopping experience more interactive and rewarding.
Milestone Rewards is part of the earning program, allowing customers to earn points or free products by achieving different milestones. These milestones can be based on the number of orders, the amount spent, earned points, number of reviews, or periods of inactivity. When customers reach these milestones, they receive the rewards set by the store.
Types of Milestone Rewards Programs:
Number of Orders: Reward customers based on the number of orders they place.
Amount Spent: Reward customers based on the total amount they spend.
Earned Points: Reward customers based on the points they earn.
Number of Reviews: Reward customers based on the number of reviews they submit.
Inactivity: Reward customers based on periods of inactivity to encourage re-engagement.
Example: A store may have a milestone rewards program for the number of orders:
5 orders: Earn 100 points.
20 orders: Earn 500 points.
30 orders: Receive a free shirt.
Customers must complete each milestone to receive the corresponding reward.
To access the Milestone Rewards settings, Choose "Rewards programs" -> Choose "Milestone". If you don't have any milestone rewards yet, click "Add rule" to start the setup.
As mentioned above, there are 5 programs within Milestone Rewards. Since the settings for these 5 programs are identical, we will provide a detailed guide for setting up the "Number of Orders Milestone" program. You can follow the same steps to configure the remaining 4 programs.
Set up Number of Orders Milestone
Select Add rule -> Choose Number of orders.
Rule information: Edit the name and duration of the milestone program.
Milestone: Select the number of orders required to achieve the milestone and choose the reward customers will receive upon reaching it.
There are two reward options for customers: Bonus Points or Free Products. If you select Bonus Points, set the number of points customers will earn. If you choose Free Product, click on Browse product to select the reward.
You can add an unlimited number of milestones, but note that each milestone must have a higher requirement than the previous one. For example, if the second milestone requires customers to make 5 orders, the third milestone must require a higher number of orders than 5.
Similar to setting up the Number of Orders Milestone, you can configure the other four milestone rewards:
Amount Spend Milestone
Earned Points Milestone
Number of Reviews Milestone
Inactivity Milestone
Note #1: Even if you have five milestone rewards programs set up, only four programs will be displayed because inactivity milestones are not shown on the widget and are only visible to merchants in the settings.
Because the Inactivity Milestone aims to notify inactive customers to return and engage with your store, this feature will not be displayed on the widget.
Note #2: Please be aware that Milestone Rewards is available for users on the advanced and enterprise plans and is only visible on our new widget version. If you are using the old widget version and wish to utilize the Milestone Rewards feature, please install the new widget. You can find the installation guide here.
