Navigate to Fill out a survey section

Find the Fill out a survey part inside Joy, from Reward programs > Earn points by various methods > Fill out a survey

Click on SEA Survey banner to install app

You can easily find SEA Survey banner at the end of the screen. Click on Get survey link button to install app if you haven't.

Design your survey in SEA Survey

Please refer to this document to see detailed guide on how to create get survey link:

Go back to Joy and paste the survey link

Now you already have the link to fill out Joy's form

Publish the survey on store front

Don't forget to click Publish to store front button
