How to use Joy Loyalty Quick search to swiftly navigate in our app

We understand that searching for customer information, checking who redeemed a coupon, or linking an order coupon to a specific customer can be a bit tedious. Navigating between different pages to find these details adds extra steps to your day.
To make this quicker and more convenient, our Quick Search feature lets you easily search by customer email, name, phone number, coupon code, or Shopify order ID—all in one place.
With this feature, you can search for customer email, phone number, or name just like you would on the Customers page, saving you an extra step. Additionally, you can quickly find activities linked to a specific coupon code you encountered during order fulfillment. This makes it easy to verify whether a customer truly deserves the discount they received.
If you're searching by order ID, please note that it refers to the Shopify order ID found in the URL, not the order number displayed in the store.
Once you type in your search, the result will appear sectioned by Customers and Activities. Clicking on this will take you directly to the customer page which the activity or customer is corresponding to.
If you search for activities, search using the full email address, full coupon code, and order ID since it does not support the full-text search for activities.
