The Joy Loyalty widget is designed as a floating popup, providing customers with easy access to their loyalty information. However, since the popup occupies space on the screen, many store owners have requested customization options to ensure it fits seamlessly with their website layout. In response to this feedback, we continuously improve our product, and the advanced settings offer a range of options that allow you to tailor the widgetβs behavior to suit your storeβs design and customer experience.
Sometimes, the floating widget may be unnecessary if only logged-in customers with points can fully utilize it. Additionally, if you already have a dedicated landing page for your loyalty program, you might prefer to restrict the widget's visibility. This setting allows you to control whether the loyalty widget is visible only to customers who are logged in.
When Enabled: The widget will only appear for logged-in customers, ensuring loyalty features are only accessible to registered users.
When Disabled: The widget will be visible to all customers, regardless of their login status, allowing broader access to loyalty features for visitors and non-members.
In some cases, you might not want the widget to appear on every page of your store. For example, if you want to keep the widget restricted to high-conversion areas like product pages or during the checkout process, you can use page restriction settings. This feature gives you control over where the widget will be displayed.
When enabled: You can configure the widget to show only on specific pages, such as product or checkout pages. This targeted approach keeps the widget in relevant areas.
When disabled: The widget will appear on all pages by default, providing a consistent user experience across your entire store.
For some stores, instantly showing the loyalty widget popup when customers visit specific pages can increase visibility and engagement with the loyalty program. This is particularly useful for promotions or events where you want to draw attention to the program right away.
When enabled: The widget popup will appear immediately on designated pages, capturing the customer's attention as soon as they visit.
When disabled: The widget wonβt pop up automatically, giving customers the flexibility to interact with it at their own pace.
If you prefer a cleaner look for your store or already have a dedicated loyalty program page, the floating widget button may not always be necessary. This option allows you to hide the floating button while still keeping the widget accessible via a Deeplink, making the overall layout more streamlined.
When enabled: The floating widget button will be hidden, and customers will access the widget using a Deeplink. This is helpful if you prefer not to have a persistent floating element on your store.
When disabled: The widget button will remain visible and floating on the screen, allowing customers to interact with it easily at any time.

By adjusting these advanced settings, you can tailor how the Joy Loyalty widget fits within your storeβs layout and user experience. Whether you want to restrict the widget to certain pages, display it only to logged-in users, or create a cleaner look without the floating button, these settings offer the flexibility to design a seamless loyalty experience that aligns with your storeβs specific needs.
