To enable the integration process, you first need to install the Joy Loyalty and Ominisend apps. If you haven't done so, you can install them at:
Connect Joy Loyalty to Omnisend
Open the Joy Loyalty dashboard and navigate to the Integrations section.
Select Omnisend from the list and click Connect.
Authorize Omnisend Access
Sign in to your Omnisend account and authorize access by clicking Authorize access.
Sync Loyalty Data
Once connected, check the integration status. If it shows Connected, data will sync automatically.
If not, click the Sync button to manually sync loyalty data from Joy Loyalty to Omnisend.
