Setting Up

Step 3: Enable the "Redeem at checkout page" feature in the Redeem value section.

Operation Mechanism:

Customers can redeem points directly on the checkout page. When customers choose to apply, the points will be converted into a temporary code and applied to the order.

If customers complete the checkout, the coupon code will be effective and used. However, if customers change their mind and want to redeem a different reward, they can simply cancel the code. The coupon code will disappear, and the points will be returned to the customer.
