Who can connect Joy with Jugde.me?

Introduction

Rewards for leaving reviews are an outstanding feature of our Joy: Loyalty Program app; to encourage customers to show their feedback on products and services. Given the situation, we cooperate with other 3rd-party partners to offer various choices to Shopify merchants in selecting a stable and great review app.

Among them, Judgeme is a highlighted app that supports e-stores in collecting and showing reviews such as photos and videos. Today, we will guide you on how to integrate Joy: Rewards, Loyalty Program with Judge.me Product Reviews.

Notice: To use the Write a review function on Judge.me, you need to be on its Awesome plan.

Understanding the rules

The rules for the integration between Joy and Judge.me are quite simple:

When a customer leaves a review through Judge.me review section -> the merchant approves the review -> the customer earns points in the Joy Loyalty Program.

And here’s how to integrate Joy Loyalty with Judge.me Reviews:

On the left menu of Joy, go to Integrations > Judge.me.

Step 1: Install Judge.me

If you haven't installed Judge.me yet, click "Go to app store" and install Judge.me. After installing Judge.me, make sure the review feature of Judge.me is working smoothly on your store.

Step 2: Connect to Judge.me

After successfully installing Judge.me and confirming that customers can leave reviews, click "Connect" in step 2 and select "Authorize" to confirm the integration process.

After successfully authorizing, you will be redirected back to the integrations page. If the "Connected" icon is highlighted, it means you have successfully integrated.

Step 3: Select Jugde.me in Review apps

Next, go to the write review settings to select Judge.me as the review application.

Application -> Reward programs -> Write review -> In the review apps settings, select Judge.me and save.

You will only be able to select Judge.me after a successful connection. If you have connected successfully but Judge.me still appears as Judge.me (Not setup) in the review app selection, please disconnect and try again. If the issue persists, do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Important note

Note: After successfully integrating, if you want to disconnect, go back to the Integrations page -> choose Judge.me -> choose "Disconnect" in step 2.
