Naming your points currency is a fun and creative way to personalize your loyalty program and strengthen your brand connection with customers. While it might be tempting to overthink it, remember—you’re not naming the next big cryptocurrency! The goal is to choose a name that feels relevant to your customers and instantly reminds them of your brand.

How to customize the point label

To update your currency points, you can go to Settings > Custom point label. In this section, you can change your singular and plural currency names.

Once you save the settings, you will be able to see it reflected in the widget content and thought out app panel.

Tips for naming your currency

You are not going to name the next cryptocurrency in the world, so there is no need to overthink it. Choose a name that makes your customer feel relevant and instantly think of your brand.

• Use related notion: HyggeB - a brand for cozy bed sheets -call their loyalty point Hug. It is quite related to their products and services. Another example is a brand with the name: MailingMouse can call its point currency Cheese.

• Use a catchy combination: Use a catchy combination of your brand with synonyms for money like coins, bucks, and crowns. For example, you can call it: "BearBuck", "LocoBuck"
