Open the Joy Loyalty dashboard and navigate to the Integrations section.
Select Mailchimp from the list and click Connect.
Authorize Mailchimp Access
Sign in to your Mailchimp account and authorize access by clicking Allow Integration.
Sync Loyalty Data
Once connected, check the integration status. If it shows Connected, data will sync automatically.
If not, click the Sync button to manually sync loyalty data from Joy Loyalty to Mailchimp.
