Introduction​

Hello there! Let's talk about the "Way to Redeem" block. This is a crucial component that integrates seamlessly with your Loyalty Program. You can easily add it to your Loyalty Page through the Shopify Online Store theme customization. The main goal of this block is to provide a comprehensive list of all the ways your customers can redeem points and earn rewards such as coupons, free shipping, and even free products from your Loyalty Program. This makes it much easier for your customers to engage and participate in the various missions or ways to redeem points.

How does the “Way to Redeem” block work?​

The content of this block reflects the current configuration of your Loyalty Program, showcasing all the ways your customers can earn points. To understand more about this, please refer to this article about Creating rules for redeeming points.

Once you've set up the rules, you can manage which ones will be displayed or hidden, and even adjust their order of appearance.

Generate your Loyalty page and add “Way to earn” block​

Let's walk through the steps together:

Step 1: Navigate to the Embedded Content on your left menu, and click on Generate Loyalty Page.

Step 2: A blank Loyalty Page will be generated, or you'll be redirected to your Online Store editor. Click on Apps on the left menu.

Step 3: Voila! The Joy Way to earn block is added! You can find all of the settings on your right menu.

How can I setup to show or hide, or setup their order?​

Step 1: Let's go back to your Joy Loyalty Program to setup your Way to earn block. Navigate to Embedded content, then Loyalty blocks (on your left menu) and you will find the Way to earn block (Image 1). Click on Setup display to view the whole list of your program (Image 2).

Step 2: Here's where you can set up the order of missions and decide which ones to show.

Step 3: Preview your setting by clicking on View theme editor.
