The Product Referral Block is a powerful addition to your product detail pages, designed to simplify and enhance referral marketing. By placing this block directly on the product page, customers can seamlessly share product links with their friends and earn rewards. Whether logged in or not, customers can generate referral links and spread the word, helping you turn loyal customers into active brand advocates.
Referrals are most effective when they are simple and convenient. The Product Referral Block achieves this by allowing customers to share specific product pages in just a few clicks. Here’s how it works:
Logged-in Customers: They can view a pre-generated referral link for the product on the page. They can copy this link or share it directly on social platforms or via email.
Non-logged-in Customers: They are prompted to enter their email to generate a referral link. Once generated, they can copy or share the link easily.
This dual functionality ensures that all visitors, regardless of login status, can actively participate in the referral program, driving more traffic and potential customers to your store.

Follow these steps to activate the Product Referral Block on your product pages:
Open the Joy Loyalty Program app and navigate to Embedded Content.
Select Recommend Blocks and choose Edit in theme settings at Product Referral Block. You will be directed to your Shopify theme’s product page settings.
Add the Joy: Product Referral Block by selecting Add Block under the Apps section.
Customize the block’s content and position, including headings, descriptions, and placement on the product page.
Review your changes and click Save to activate the Product Referral Block.
