Our new advanced feature, the "VIP Tier," is designed to encourage customers to spend more on your store. The more they spend, the higher the rewards they get when they join the VIP levels. Sounds exciting, doesn't it?

How VIP Tiers work?

VIP Tiers are a special way to recognize your customers and make them feel like they belong. It's also a fun way to encourage them to buy more and gain more.

In the long run, VIP Tiers help to foster customer loyalty and increase customer lifetime value. They create a sense of achievement among customers, encouraging them to spend more to reach the next tier and enjoy the associated benefits.

In our Joy Loyalty Program, VIP Tiers are sets of rules that allow your customers to gain higher membership tiers based on their orders and engagements with your store. It's like a fun game where customers can level up their membership status by interacting more with your store.

How to start with VIP Tier

Step 1: Open VIP Tiers

VIP Tiers

To get started, please navigate to the app dashboard and select Reward Programs > VIP tiers. You'll find yourself on the VIP Tier setting board, where the VIP tiers status is currently OFF.

To enable your VIP Tiers rule, simply click “Turn on”.

Please note, when VIP Tier is re-activated, the tiers will be reset and follow the new settings. So, it's important to think carefully before changing the settings for the VIP tier as it can affect the customers who are participating in the program.

To set up the program start date, select the date you want the program to be visible in the front end and the tiers to start. You can also select methods to arrange customers' tiers and choose a reset date for tiers.

You can set up tiers based on the total amount of points earned or the total amount of money spent.

For a simpler loyalty program, we recommend using the “Amount spent” option. It's straightforward and makes it easier for customers to join.

For a more interactive loyalty program, you might want to consider the “Point earned” option. This allows you to set various point earning missions to help your customers gain more points and achieve higher VIP tiers quickly.

In conclusion, the VIP Tier program is a great way to engage your customers and encourage them to spend more. It's a win-win situation where your customers get rewarded for their loyalty and you get to increase your sales. So why wait?
