The Referral block is a new feature within Joy Loyalty’s loyalty page. Designed to enhance your referral program’s visibility and ease of use, it allows customers to effortlessly share their unique referral links across multiple platforms. Here’s a detailed guide to help you set it up.

Introduction to the Referral Block

The Referral block displays all key details about your store’s referral program. Customers can input their email to generate and display their unique referral link. From this block, customers can share their link directly to social media platforms like:

  • Facebook

  • Twitter

  • WhatsApp

  • Threads

  • Email

  • Messenger

Customers can also copy their referral link using a simple "Copy" button and share it however they prefer.

Understanding the Rule

The Referral block is part of Joy Loyalty's embedded content feature. It’s a highly interactive tool that simplifies the referral process for customers, ensuring your program gets maximum exposure.

When a customer refers a friend using their unique link, both parties can benefit—whether it’s through points, discounts, or other rewards you’ve configured.   • Open the Joy Loyalty app.

  • Navigate to Embedded Content from the dashboard.

Select Referral Block

  • Within Embedded Content, go to the Recommend Blocks section.

  • Choose Referral Block and click Set Up Display.

Add the Block to Your Loyalty Page

  • Open the Theme Editor.

  • Select Add Block, then find Referral Block under the Apps section.

Adjust Block Position

  • Drag and drop the block to your desired position on the loyalty page.

  • Edit the Heading, Description, and CTA Button to align with your brand voice.

  • Optionally, upload an engaging image to enhance the block’s appeal.

  • Click Save in the Theme Editor to activate the Referral block.
