As a Shopify Plus merchant, you have access to advanced customization options that allow you to tailor the checkout experience to fit your brand’s needs. Now, you can take it a step further by enabling a coupon list display at checkout. This feature simplifies the shopping experience by showing customers all their available redeemed coupons in one place, making it easier for them to apply discounts during checkout.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through setting up this feature, ensuring that you can fully leverage Shopify Plus’s powerful capabilities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive conversions.
The feature is available exclusively to Enterprise merchants who use Shopify Plus. When enabled, it shows the list of all coupons a customer has redeemed, providing an easy way to apply discounts during checkout.
This limitation ensures that the checkout process remains streamlined and straightforward for both the merchant and the customer.
Steps to Enable "Show discount list at check out"
Step 1: Open Joy application and select the rewards program.
Step 2: Choose the redeem programs and select any a discount program.
Step 3: Click Set up here to access the checkout settings.
Step 4: Select Add app block > Add Joy Coupon List. Then, you can use the drag-and-drop feature to choose the position for the Joy Coupon List block.
Customers will see a list of redeemed coupons displayed directly on the checkout page. When they choose to apply a coupon, it’s automatically applied to the order, making the process seamless. If the customer proceeds to complete the purchase, the coupon will be redeemed and used for the transaction.
However, if they decide to switch to a different coupon, they can easily cancel the applied one, removing it from the order. The canceled coupon will be made available again for future use.
