Visit Website earning rule is an innovative addition to the Joy Loyalty program, designed to reward customers for engaging with your store. By incentivizing website visits, you can drive more traffic, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen loyalty in a seamless and automated way. This feature ensures that every customer interaction counts toward building a lasting relationship with your brand.
The Visit Website program rewards customers for visiting your website by awarding them loyalty points. It includes an intuitive popup system that informs customers about their earned points upon signing in. With just a click on the Claim button, customers can redeem their rewards instantly.
Here’s how it works:
Popup Notification: When a customer logs in, they see a customizable popup displaying the reward.
Point Allocation: Customers earn points per visit, with limits to control frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly).
Program Flexibility: Merchants can customize earning rules, popup content, and branding to suit their store's needs.
This feature is designed to make website visits more engaging and rewarding while helping merchants leverage increased traffic to boost sales.

To set up Visit website program, you need to complete two configurations: Setting the rule for the Visit Website program and configuring the visit website pop-up to notify the customer.
Open the Joy Loyalty Program app and navigate to Rewards Program.
In the Earning Rules section, click Add More and select Visit Website.
Set up the program details:
Program Name: Enter a name that resonates with your audience (e.g., "Earn Points for Visiting").
Start & End Dates: Define the activity duration for your program.
Earning Points: Specify the number of points customers will earn for each visit.
Earning Points Limit: Control the frequency of rewards by setting limits (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly).
Save your settings to enable this earning rule.
In the Joy Loyalty Program app, go to Branding.
Select Visit Website Popup and click Setup.
Customize the popup in two following areas:
Popup Content Settings: Define content for both Before Sign-In and After Sign-In states, ensuring clarity and engagement.
Popup Appearance Settings:
Choose the button icon that represents your brand’s style.
Position the popup for maximum visibility (e.g., bottom-right corner).
Save the changes to enable the popup notification.
3. Test and Optimize
Once the setup is complete, test the program from a customer’s perspective. Adjust the popup content, branding, and earning rules as needed to optimize engagement and align with customer expectations.
