Learn how to customize the sender information for email notifications, allowing for branded communications that align with your store’s identity.
Who can set up custom senders for email notifications?
This feature is available for: Professional, Advanced, Enterprise plans.
Email sender: enter an email as a new sender.
Step 1: Add information for the new sender
Email: enter the email address
Name: enter sender's name
Step 2: Click on Verify button to send a verification email to your email address > check your mailbox and verify the email.
Step 3: Re-check the email status in Setting > Enable to activate the new email sender.
Step 4: Re-check the sender in Settings > From. The new sender will replace the default app's email.
