By integrating Joy Loyalty with Sendlane, you can sync customer data, including Point Balance, Member Status, Referral link, Vip Tier and Birthday, to create targeted, automated campaigns. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to set up the integration, so you can use your loyalty program for better segmentation and more effective email marketing. Let's dive in and get started!
From the Joy Dashboard, click on "Integrations"
Find Sendlane, and click on it
Paste your API Token, then click "Connect"
Select the list to sync with the Joy Loyalty, then click "Connect"
From your Sendlane Dashboard, click on Account, then choose API
Under Sendlane API V2, click the button + API Token
Input a name for your token in the pop-up and click Create
Make sure to click Copy API Token and paste it into Joy
By syncing Joy's loyalty data to Sendland, including:
Point balance
Member status
Referral link
VIP tier
Birthday
You can:
Segment customers based on properties
Send email marketing with personalized tags
Send automated transactional emails
