Introduction

Have a good day our valued users Exclusive Deal is a new feature designed to enhance the shopping experience on your product pages. This feature offers special benefits such as Discount Amount, Discount Percentage, Free Shipping, and Bonus Points to all users participating in your loyalty program. For non-members, the Exclusive Deal section encourages them to join the loyalty program to unlock these perks.

In this article, we'll guide you step-by-step through the process of setting up Exclusive Deal.

Understanding the rule

Exclusive Deal appears on the product information page and provides various incentives to loyalty program members. Non-members will see the benefits they can gain by joining the loyalty program, motivating them to sign up.

Exclusive Deal is applied to all members.of your loyalty program. The types of rewards available in Exclusive Deal include:

Discount Amount: Provides a fixed amount off the purchase price.
Discount Percentage: Offers a percentage discount on the total purchase.
Free Shipping: Eliminates shipping costs for the purchase.
Bonus Points: Grants extra loyalty points for the purchase.

This ensures that every visitor sees the value of joining the loyalty program and benefits loyal customers with ongoing rewards.

Set up Exclusive Deal

To set up Exclusive Deal, please select Membership -> choose Set up Member Exclusive Deal.

In the Exclusive Deal settings, there are two sections for you to configure:

Deal settings: Select the reward for members and set active dates.
Design: Customize the appearance of the exclusive deal bar and choose its position in your store's theme.

Deal Settings

In the deal settings, you can edit the following fields:

Active dates: Duration of the exclusive deal reward.
Setup deal: Name the program, select the type of discount, and set the discount value.

Applicable categories: Choose the products eligible for the exclusive deal rewards.
Combinations: Configure the combination of discounts.

Design Settings

Customize the design settings and preview how the Exclusive Deal bar will appear on your product page. Once satisfied with the design, save your changes and select "Go to theme" to activate it.

Step 1: In the theme settings, click on any product (ensure that this product has the Exclusive Deal applied).

Step 2: On the left sidebar, in the template settings, select "Add block" -> Choose "Apps" -> Select "Joy: Exclusive Deal".

Note: After you add the Point Calculator to your product page, Exclusive deal bar will default to the bottom of the page. Adjust its position by dragging the Exclusive deal bar card and dropping it into the desired location.

After completing the setup, the Exclusive Deal barr will be displayed as shown in the image below. If you are satisfied with the design and position, click "Save." You have successfully added the Exclusive Deal bar to your store.
