The Rule Engine lets you create and manage conditions to earn, redeem, and adjust points based on customer behaviors, like making a purchase or referring a friend.
Earn Points Rules Reward customers when they:
Place orders
Refer a friend
Celebrate a birthday
Redeem Points Rules
Let customers exchange points for discounts, gifts, or free shipping.
Adjust Points (Custom Actions)
Add or remove points for custom reasons (e.g., customer support cases)
Click "Add Rule"
Choose Earn Points, Redeem Points, or Adjust Points
Set Rule Conditions
Condition Example: Order total over $100.
Reward Example: Earn 500 points.
Add Rule Information & Reward
Rule Name: Short, clear name (e.g., "First Order Bonus").
Description (optional): Explain what this rule does.
Save & Activate
Click Save, and Enable the rule to go live
Switch Enable/Disable toggle to activate the rule
Choose reward programs, then click on the program that you want to edit
Edit the rule of the program
Disable or delete the program
Easily disable or delete the program whenever you need
